We ship all orders through UPS standard and Express shipping with following charges:
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business days): $8.00
Express Shipping (2-3 Business days): $16.00
For 2nd day and Next Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12pm EST weekdays. All Ground weekday (non-Holiday) orders placed before 12pm EST will ship within 2-3 business days if your address is verified. All orders from Mon-Fri (non-Holiday) placed after 12pm EST as well as all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day once inventory is confirmed, address is verified and order is processed*.

Returns/Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is always our priority and we would like to ensure that you have the best possible customer experience while shopping with us at axf. We want you to love your purchases(s), but if something isn’t right, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the receipt, tags, and original packaging for up to 30 days from the date which the order was delivered. Return/exchange process can be initiated with our RETURN PORTAL within 30 days of order fulfillment. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be refunded and may qualify for exchange only.
Please note, while purchasing the product at checkout, if customer opt for $2.98 return option, then customer will be eligible for one-time free return/exchange without any return shipping charges.
Incase, customer does not opt for $2.98 fee at checkout while purchasing, then customer will bear return shipping label charges as $12 Flat.
- For Exchanges, A new product will only be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected for eligibility.
- For Exchanges, Any price difference between the exchanged items (if applicable) must be covered by the customer.
Items that are damaged, used, or without their original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
RETURN BY MAIL INSTRUCTION:
- Find your order number on your packing slip, order email or shipping email.
- Visit https://axf.loopreturns.com/ and enter in your order number and email address to initiate your return.
- Choose return by mail as your return method.
- Print out your return label and packing slip.
- Package your return item(s) and attach your return label to the box.
- Drop off your return.
REFUNDS:
• Refunds for returns will be issued within 30 days of receiving your returned package
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We will inspect and process your return. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt. Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 days depending on your credit card company.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product or a defective item. If you receive a damaged or defective item within 30 days of delivery, please Contact Us for help.
