Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience at AXF. If something isn’t right, you may return your purchase as per the guidelines below:

• Eligibility:
  You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with tags, receipt, and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Process:
  Initiate your return using our RETURN PORTAL within 30 days of order fulfillment. Returns initiated after this period will not be refunded and may qualify for exchange only.
• Return Shipping Fee:
  • If the $2.98 return option was selected at checkout, you qualify for a one-time free return/exchange without shipping charges.
  • If the $2.98 return option was not selected, a flat fee of $12 will apply for the return shipping label.
• Return by Mail Instructions:
  1. Find your order number on your packing slip or confirmation email.
  2. Visit https://axf.loopreturns.com/ and enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select “Return by Mail” as your return method.
  4. Print your return label and packing slip.
  5. Package the item(s) securely, attach the label, and drop it off.
